ASKA A-2 Q-Span Clamp Cable and Coax Hanger Galvanized Steel Bolt and Aluminum Clamp Low Voltage I-Beam Connection
Used to provide drop wire take-offs along the span and relieve tension on the drop at this point.
- Made of corrosion resistant, high quality steel
- Mechanically galvanised to meet ASTM specifications A153 and B965
- Minimum tensile strength of the clamping plates is 80,000 PSI
- Minimum tensile strength of the hook is 500 PSI
- Through controlled galvanising with sharp and clean threads, allowing the nut to turn easily
- Accommodates 6.6mm to 16.6mm messenger strand
- Clamp is manufactured so the square shank on the stud fits the square hole in the clamping plates to
prevent rotation when the nut is tightened - Clamp hook will accommodate multiple drops
- 1/4” pigtail hook has a deep bend for better retention of the drop wire clamp or wire grip
