- Start by labeling the cord ends and jacks. Place a rectangular label of the same color around both ends of each cord. Place a round label, of a color matching the cord label, next to where each cord plugs in.
- Use the beaded ties to prepare the cords for insertion into convoluted tubing. Group cord together to form a path of cords that moves from on side of a component to the other and then down to the next component. Extra long cords can be folded back over themselves in length of one foot or more before securing with the beaded ties.
- Starting with the top component, insert the cord bundles in to the convoluted tube. Use the cords to force open the split in the tube. Remove the beaded ties before the cords are inserted into the tube.
