Surface Mount jack and cover for wall phones. Fits all standard modular wall phones. Replaces or adds a surface mount, 6-wire wall phone jack. For use with up to 2 phone lines. Tools required: flathead screwdriver and wire cutters. 3 Pack
Instructions:
- Remove existing wall jack.
- Remove cover plate.
- Pull line cord through to front of terminal plate.
- Fasten jack to wall box through diagonal openings in jack.
- Remove 2: of outer jacket from line cord.
- Connect colored wire leads to terminals matching colors.
- Replace cover plate.
- Mount phone on mounting screws.
- Replace handset on disconnected phone.
