Instructions:
- Drill a 3 1/8" diameter hole in the top of a desk or back of an entertainment center.
- Pull the 2 pieces of the hole cover apart.

- Run the wires through the hole and the base.
- Pull the tab out the cover.
- Place the cover over the hole.
